Sarah has worked as a Licensed Independent Social Worker and therapist for over 15 years. She uses a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She can assist patients experiencing mood disorders (anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorders), intense emotions, trauma, personality disorders, substance abuse, grief/loss, difficult transitions, chronic health problems, infertility, pregnancy loss, and relationship difficulties.
